Yong Sim

Yong Sim has been coaching for over 20 years. He has been a Certified USPTA Professional for over 14 years who has coached countless tournament and high school varsity players. A former junior tournament player who also played singles and doubles for Rutgers University. Yong has served as one of the directors of the CS Tennis Academy for over 15 years. 

Coach Billy (Soonhyung) Che

Billy Che has been a Certified USPTA Professional for over 15 years.  

He studied MBA in SUNY at Buffalo and worked for Samsung Electronic America as an Accounting Director before pursuing tennis industry.

His passion for tennis has been started with his son Matthew.

He is the father and coach of Mathew Che who is representing University of Notre Dame as a No.2 player. He was No.1 player in NJ, top 26 player in the nation and reached Junior top 250 in the world.

Billy’s great asset is to focus on basic fundamentals. He believes fundamental skill will eventually lead his students to his or her maximum potential.

Justin Seo

Justin Seo has been actively involved in tennis all his life.   He is one of the directors for CS Tennis Academy for over 10 years.  Justin has been playing since he was 6 years old and has been a junior tournament player as well as a college team player in Seoul, Korea.  He has coached and trained professional players. Justin also coached numerous high level tournament and college players.

Joel Javan

Joel Jovan has been coaching for over 15 years. He is a Certified PTR Professional. He has taught and guided tournament and college level players. He has played singles and doubles for Rutgers University. He has played USTA Team Tennis and reached the National Level.  Joel is one of the original coaches for CS Tennis Academy. Also, he taught at the Binghamton Racquet Club in Edgewater and is currently Fort lee Racquet Club coaching staff.

Christian Perez

Christian Perez has been coaching for over 10 years. He has 3 PTR Certifications for 10 and under, Juniors, and Adults. Christian is currently ranked No. 28 in the Eastern section of USTA.  He has a UTR rating of 10 and has a 5.5 USTA Rating. He was a No. 1 player for North Bergen High School and played single and doubles for the St. Peter’s University.
